Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, develop care plans with specific goals, and manage all aspects of patient care including supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement processes. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to achieve department goals. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, this role requires a current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and the ability to lift heavy items and navigate busy clinical environments.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
