Job Summary

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers on recovery strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care while supervising assistants, aides, and students. Manage all aspects of patient care, including documentation, billing, and utilization review audits. Participate in quality improvement processes, patient care conferences, and program development to meet department productivity standards and achieve Intermountain Health goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
