Job Summary
Conduct skilled physical therapy services, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard procedures and modalities. Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments, history, and physician referrals while educating and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, supervise assistants and students, and participate in quality improvement processes and utilization review audits. Maintain thorough patient documentation, complete accurate billing, and contribute to program development strategies to achieve department goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
