Job Summary
Deliver patient-centered acute care under RN supervision as a Patient Care Technician (PCT). Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility), perform bedside tasks, monitor vital signs, document and report changes to nursing staff, and liaise with patients' families. Maintain patient safety and HIPAA compliance, support a clean and well-organized department, and prepare documentation/charting for patients. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification required
- 1-2 years healthcare experience preferred
- CNA licensure preferred
