Acute Care Nurse

Acute Care Nurse providing high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition at admission and during shifts, performing procedures and documenting care, administering medications and monitoring therapeutic responses, responding to patient needs, and educating patients, families, and caregivers about condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures. Requires RN licensure and BCLS within 30 days of employment; education options include ADN/RN Diploma or BSN.
