Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans for hospitalized patients. Manage acute and complex conditions while coordinating transitions of care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. Support evidence-based practice, patient and family education, and quality/safety initiatives through accurate EMR documentation.
