Acute Care Neuro RN

The Medical Surgical/Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide and coordinate care for patients. The Registered nurse is responsible for collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Daily responsibilities include assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs. You will perform patient rounding to maximize patient satisfaction and quality standards, demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development and age-appropriate care per Scope of Service, promote customer service initiatives, utilize the nursing process for individualized patient care, and demonstrate technical skills and procedures.
