Acute Care Neuro RN

The Medical Surgical/Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide and coordinate care for patients, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Daily responsibilities include assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and clear communication of patient needs. You will perform patient rounding to maximize patient satisfaction and quality standards, apply knowledge of human growth and development to patient age groups served, promote customer service initiatives, utilize the nursing process for individualized care, and demonstrate the ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
