Acute Care Medicine Registered Nurse - Nights

Acute Care Medicine Registered Nurse provides high-quality care for patients with acute medical conditions, working closely with physicians and the interprofessional team to deliver timely and effective treatment. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients and families on managing illness and home care needs, developing and documenting individualized plans of care, and ensuring clear communication across the continuum of care. The unit is led by clinical managers and lead charge nurses, with multidisciplinary support, and the role is a safety-sensitive, full-time night-shift position (7pm–7am).
