Acute Care Medicine Clinical Nurse - FT NIGHTS (Saint Louis)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals with complex conditions including blood dyscrasias, heart failure, renal failure, and infectious diseases. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and population-specific requirements. Work within a 25-bed Magnet-certified unit supported by advanced practice nurses, case managers, and specialists to provide quality care. Full-time night shifts with BSN differential eligibility.
