Job Summary
As an Acute Care Informatics – Modality Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth in the Central East Europe region for Philips' Acute Care Informatics portfolio. Your responsibilities include developing business strategies, supporting sales activities, and collaborating with partners and prospective customers to demonstrate the value of the solutions. You will act as an expert in the product offerings, manage local strategy, provide insights into leads from industry events, and partner with internal stakeholders to enhance selling opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, an MSc degree in healthcare management or related fields, and a willingness to travel up to 60% for the position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 1 year of experience with Master's in Business Development, Clinical Sales, Service or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer-oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in Polish and/or Romanian
- Knowledge of additional Central Eastern languages
- Experience in healthcare IT sales and/or business development
- Experience in configuring and selling software solutions to hospitals
- Clinical experience in ICU or OR
