Job Summary
Clinical pharmacist responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting, developing and monitoring evidence-based pharmacotherapy plans, reviewing medication orders for safety and efficacy, providing drug information to healthcare teams, counseling patients on discharge medications, and coordinating with pharmacy personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Must provide leadership in supervising pharmacy technicians, students, and interns, participate in rounds, calculate dosages using pharmacokinetic parameters, and support departmental policies and continuous improvement in a clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Required)
- Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years Related work experience (Required)
- Doctoral Degree (Preferred)
