Job Summary
Conduct acute care charge nursing for progress care neuro telehealth services at Covenant Medical Center. Manage daily patient assignments, coordinate interdisciplinary care teams, and oversee clinical documentation to ensure safe, efficient neuro care delivery. Maintain strict adherence to Providence's patient-focused, whole-person care standards while leveraging specialized training in neurology and telehealth protocols. Requires Texas RN license, BLS certification, and one year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a nursing program
- Texas Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Specialty Certification - for promotion to RN IV (Facility Managed)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
- 1 year of Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
