Job Summary
Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions from disease or injury. Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers while supervising and assuming responsibility for care provided by identified team members. Requires a Physical Therapy license, with a Master's or Doctorate degree preferred, and one year of experience for Resource Pool applicants. This 7 on/7 off shift role is based at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA, a Magnet-designated hospital serving a seven-county area with over 218,000 residents.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapy License
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants
- Must obtain Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree
- 7 on/7 off work shift
