Job Summary
Conduct acute cardiology unit coverage on a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working every other weekend with one minor holiday off. Maintain continuous specialty employment for the past 24 months without breaks exceeding 30 consecutive days, requiring a Georgia or compact license and a driver's license. Submit with proof of COVID vaccination and relevant certifications including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. This assignment is travel-only for candidates residing over 50 miles from the facility, with a 13-week contract starting August 2026 at a rate of $1650 per week.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 24 months
- Georgia license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Live >50 miles from facility
- COVID vaccination
- Religious and medical declinations accepted
- 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital
- No current placement allowed at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital
- Continuously working in this specialty for the past 24 months
- No breaks in employment over 30 consecutive days
- Must work every other weekend
- Work 1 minor holiday out of these 3: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve
- Driver's license
