Job Summary
Acura Upgrade Specialist – engage Acura owners during service visits, conduct vehicle appraisals and trade evaluations, assist customers with upgrade opportunities, and build long-term relationships using AutoHub and Fullpath tools. Work within a customer-relationship-focused, dealership environment with no cold calling, access to qualified opportunities, and strong earning potential through base compensation plus commissions and performance bonuses. Supports a consistent schedule with five days per week and Sundays off, plus benefits including PTO and health/dental/vision coverage. Must have automotive experience and be comfortable with CRM systems; pre-employment screen required. Location: Jacksonville, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Previous automotive management experience preferred
- Service advisor, finance manager, sales consultant, sales manager, or customer retention experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems
- Ability to build trust and provide exceptional customer service
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
