Job Summary
Acumen Business Analyst on the EVV Implementations team analyzes business processes, identifies improvements, and implements solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the project management domain, focusing on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering/documenting/validating business requirements for EVV and project management, developing and presenting business cases, translating needs into actionable deliverables for IT, coordinating with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product, external vendors), monitoring progress and risks, preparing regular status updates, onboarding with state partners and third-party vendors, developing process documentation and user guidance, and providing ongoing training while ensuring compliance with healthcare technology standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
