Job Summary
Manage Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations by serving as a key advisor, product advocate, and project resource. Provide ongoing functional support to clients, work independently on implementation tasks, and coordinate meetings. Execute end-to-end project involvement from introductions through go-live support, including financials, construction, field service, payroll, and project modules. Maintain weekly documentation and time entries for project management. Obtain third-party certifications and update team members on new software capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of Acumatica software experience
- 7+ years software implementation experience in various ERP software solutions
- Financials and Construction (mandatory)
- Field Service
- Payroll
- Project
Desired Qualifications
- Obtain appropriate 3rd party certifications as deemed appropriate
- Become certified and expert on the assigned software systems assigned
- Update appropriate Crestwood crew members of system capabilities as they may be pre-released by the software publishers when available
- Continuously invest time to improve professional skills via books, seminars, training sessions, etc. as may be suggested by your manager or as you find on your own
- Participate in team meetings and lunch and learn sessions by preparing and sharing publisher product releases and new feature sets, tips and tricks, support and bug resolution, and recent implementation walk throughs
