Job Summary
Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business processes and requirements, then design and implement customized Acumatica solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide user training, and offer ongoing support while collaborating with the project team for successful delivery. Document processes and procedures, and stay current with new features to make implementation recommendations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, minimum two years of Acumatica experience, and willingness to travel to client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting Acumatica ERP software
- Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
