Job Summary
Lead actuarial pricing and portfolio management initiatives for a global insurer: oversee development and validation of pricing models, manage new and in-force portfolios, define reinsurance strategy and governance, ensure CNSF/Solveny II/US GAAP regulatory compliance, and support financial planning and forecasting. Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Underwriting, Claims, and IT; drive process improvements; mentor and lead senior stakeholders and teams in a complex insurance/reinsurance environment.
Required Qualifications
- Actuarial degree
- 8+ years of experience in insurance/reinsurance
- Strong background in pricing, portfolio analytics, and reinsurance
- Solid knowledge of CNSF regulation, exposure to Solvency II / US GAAP
- Proven experience leading teams and interacting with senior stakeholders
- Advanced actuarial modeling and data analysis
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong communication skills (technical & executive level)
- Ability to drive process improvements and change
