Actuary

Actuary leading state-level pricing strategy within USAA’s Go-to-Market Pricing unit. Partners with state product leaders and analysts to design and advance pricing and product strategies across diverse state markets, navigate regulatory complexity, and deliver data-driven actuarial solutions that enhance member value. Requires an ACAS credential, strong pricing expertise, and proficiency with Python, R, SQL, SAS, and data visualization. Role supports remote or hybrid flexibility with in-office presence four days per week and relocation assistance available; US-based locations include San Antonio, Plano, Phoenix, Colorado Springs, Charlotte, Chesapeake, and Tampa. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, executive-level communication, model development and monitoring, and ongoing process improvement.
