Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant actuarial experience or equivalent combination of related experience, education and training including management experience
- Strong knowledge of Life/Health/Annuity products and administration systems
- Experience with reinsurance structures and practices
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and drive results
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Illustration and policy Administration systems
- Familiarity with regulatory and governance requirements
- Demonstrated supervisory activities including performance evaluations and goal setting
