Job Summary
The ACTT Team Leader will guide, direct, and evaluate the assigned team to ensure excellent, courteous, helpful, and respectful services. Provide effective oversight, direction, and clinical and administrative supervision to staff/programs; oversee hiring, discipline, firing, training, and performance appraisals; ensure adequate coverage and staffing; lead the Assertive Community Treatment Team as a practicing clinician; build a clinically sound team; monitor quality, audits, and compliance with Medicaid and agency policies; market the agency and program to referral sources and communities; manage budgets and finances; travel to community locations and partner agencies; maintain certifications and adhere to all training requirements; maintain and develop partnerships with individuals, families, staff, licensing agencies, and funders; support positive outcomes for individuals served.
Required Qualifications
- Masters: Human Services (Required)
- Drivers License (Valid) - USA
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor - Associate (LCMHC-A) - State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Associate (LCSW-A) - State Social Work Certification and Licensure Board
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Associate (LMFT-A) - State Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure Board
- PsyD Psychologist - State Psychology Board
- Clinical experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness (3 Years)
- Managing Services Experience (Not Required)
- Post Graduate Mental Health Experience (2 Years)
- Associate licensed must be fully licensed within 30 months of hire
