Job Summary
Journeyman Activity Security Representative responsible for day-to-day security support for an AFRL/RS facility, including destruction of classified materials, processing inbound/outbound data transfers and classified mail, badge and access control maintenance, visit notices, escorting visitors, conducting entry/exit inspections, enforcing SOPs, supporting security awareness programs, and coordinating clearance processing with government personnel to ensure appropriate clearance actions and SAP access; provides VTC/AV support and communication with DISA and other agencies while maintaining JADE/DISS records and ensuring program access requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Department of Defense security-related experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Top-Secret clearance
- Be willing to take a counterintelligence polygraph and be eligible to gain access to Special Access Program Information
- Must be a U.S. citizen
