Job Summary
Activity Security Representative III provides multi-disciplined security support for a customer facility and organization, handling classification management, security clearance processing, visitor and access-control duties, and compliance with DoD SAP/SCI requirements. Core responsibilities include classification reviews, document accountability, inbound/outbound classified mail, destruction of classified materials, magnetic media processing, reproduction support, daily log maintenance, data transfer processing, program access requests, JPAS/DCII reviews, indoctrinations, leadership and mentoring for team members, and participation in SAP/NPP/NAC and security compliance activities. Requires a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD SAPNP training, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 5–7 years of related experience, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent (4 years) experience
- Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions)
- Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Eligibility for access to Special Access Programs
- Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph
- Security policy familiarity with DCIDs/JAFANs and other guiding policy documents
- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with DOD/military/civilian personnel and industry partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR)
