Job Summary
Activity Security Representative III provides multi-disciplined security support to a customer facility, handling day-to-day responsibilities for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. Duties include classification reviews, document accountability, processing inbound/outbound classified mail and critical materials, destruction of classified materials, reproduction and data transfer support, maintaining logs and databases, processing PARs and SAPNP-related reviews, conducting security indoctrinations, overseeing access control, visitor screening, and badge issuance, supporting security awareness programs, and participating in SAP/SI compliance inspections. Requires experience with DCIDs/JAFANs, JPAS, DCII, and related security procedures; must travel within the AOR and possess strong MS Office skills, alongside excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent (4 years) experience
- Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions)
- Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Eligibility for access to Special Access Programs
- Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph
