Job Summary
The CPD Activity Planner supports planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of accredited continuing medical education activities. Defines target audiences and learning objectives to improve clinician performance and patient outcomes; ensures content is evidence-based, clinically relevant, balanced, and aligned with accreditation standards; manages disclosures and accreditation statements to mitigate conflicts of interest; collaborates with faculty, SMEs, and planning committees; oversees evaluations, learner assessments, reporting, and documentation for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, adult education, instructional design, or related field
- Experience in continuing medical education, nursing continuing professional development, healthcare education, medical education, clinical education, or adult learning
- Knowledge of accredited CPD planning principles, educational design, assessment, and evaluation
- Strong organizational, project management, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, faculty, subject matter experts, and operational teams
- Ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and documentation requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online learning or content management platforms
