Job Summary
Recreation & Sports Activity Leader for Youth (ages 5-14) at Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach in Lake Forest, CA. Under the Site Director, implement and supervise sports, fitness and recreation activities; guide members in participating in games and organized sports; promote youth development outcomes; model professionalism and safety; ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment; responsibilities include facilitating activities, monitoring quality and facility appearance, and fostering a positive, child-focused community. Requires high school diploma or GED (or student/returning to college), prior experience with youth, knowledge of youth development, and ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.
