Job Summary

Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging participant activities, events, and special programs at the Austin clinic. Lead and actively participate in activities while preparing materials, setting up spaces, and tracking attendance. Coordinate day-of logistics, maintain inventory, and provide administrative support including data entry and correspondence. Monitor supply levels and assist with ordering program materials as needed. This per diem role requires rotational days, weekends, and holidays, with hours scheduled based on operational needs. Evening and weekend availability may be required to support activities, events, and participant programming.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in activities coordination, recreation, event support, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Creative, proactive, and able to think on your feet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer systems
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience planning or leading group activities, recreation programs, or events
  • Experience working with diverse populations in an inclusive and respectful manner
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems, attendance tracking, or inventory management
  • Comfortable engaging directly with participants and leading hands-on activities
