Job Summary
Facilitate group activities, encourage participation by charting attendance, and assist with 1 on 1 sessions, resident transport, and outings. Maintain organized activity supplies and collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and Federal Residents Rights. Requires a valid state-issued driver's license and age 21 or older. Includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
