Activity Director (TBOC)

Develop and execute a diverse schedule of meaningful activities and events that resonate with residents. Prepare monthly newsletters and calendars, coordinate community group visits, and compile biographies for new residents to ensure personalized welcomes. Create ambiance by decorating common areas for special occasions and holidays. Educate and train team members to foster strong community connections. Manage inventory and maintain the community budget in alignment with organizational goals. Obtain Company-sponsored Activity Director certification and maintain a valid driver's license.
