Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the Activity Program, including supervising, developing, and scheduling staff such as drivers and activity assistants according to PSL policies. Order and maintain adequate department supplies while ensuring activity rooms and areas are prepared for daily programming. Oversee the PSL Discovery Tool by completing monthly activity calendars and handling all move-in actions related to activities for residents. This full-time role is based in Orchard Park, NY, with a salary of $62,500–$63,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
- Associate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
- 3-5 years full-time experience working with adult recreation
