Activity Director (MTAL)

Role focuses on developing and executing a diverse schedule of meaningful activities and events for residents; lead community connections through newsletters and calendars; educate and inspire staff to foster meaningful connections; compile biographies for new residents to ensure warm, customized welcomes; coordinate event decor for holidays and special occasions; manage inventory and budgets to align with community goals; requires willingness to obtain company-sponsored Activity Director certification, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with background checks.
