Job Summary
Activity Director responsible for designing and executing a diverse schedule of meaningful activities for residents, preparing monthly newsletters/calendars, coordinating visits from community groups, and creating a warm, engaging environment. Will educate, train, and inspire staff to foster strong resident connections, compile resident biographies, and decorate spaces for events. Manages resources and budget to align with community goals, and complete required screenings and background checks. Certification will be pursued through company sponsorship, with full benefits and opportunities for career growth.
