Job Summary
Plan daily in-house and out-of-house activities for residents, including shopping, dining, and movie outings. Document resident experiences weekly and transport them to appointments and special events using company vehicles. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre- and post-trip resident counts via the vehicle checklist. Manage recreation funds and distribution. Work on-call rotations for the house, ensuring punctual attendance and team collaboration. Must maintain organization and prioritize work effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Drivers License or state ID
- Successful completion of a Drug Screen
- Background results within the company standards
- CPR and First Aid certification (or completion of MSHN CPR/FIRST AID Class within the first thirty days of employment)
- Organization and Prioritization of work
