Required Qualifications
- Experience in activity planning within a senior care, long-term care, or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and creativity to develop engaging programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to activities in long-term care
- Certification as an Activity Director (preferred but not required)
