Job Summary
Lead the Activity team by guiding residents through events and designing high-quality recreational programs that foster active participation. Develop a monthly activities calendar tailored to diverse abilities, document progress, and oversee the budget for equipment and supplies. Manage the Community transportation program, including driving the company van for organized outings, and coordinate the Resident Council to promote engagement. Continuously assess program impact and adjust offerings to meet evolving resident needs. Additionally, coordinate the Community newsletter to connect residents with information reflecting our core values of love, compassion, and dignity.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Must hold valid driver's license
- Minimum age of 21 years or older
- Prior activities/life enrichment experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Leadership skills
- Readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Driving record in good standing
