Job Summary
Lead the Activity team by guiding residents through events and designing high-quality recreational and social programs that promote active participation. Develop and implement a monthly activities calendar tailored to diverse abilities, while documenting progress and overseeing the program budget and equipment inventory. Manage the Community transportation program, including driving the company van for organized outings, and coordinate the Resident Council to foster engagement. Continuously assess program impact to adjust offerings based on evolving resident needs and coordinate the Community newsletter to support resident connection.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Must hold valid driver's license
- Minimum age of 21 years or older
- Prior activities/life enrichment experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Leadership skills
- Readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Driving record in good standing
