Job Summary
Lead outdoor activities and excursions tailored to guests' interests while selling activities and answering inquiries regarding bookings, transportation, and general questions. Manage phone calls and emails to support the activity team alongside an experienced Activity Manager during the winter season from mid-October to mid-March. Fluent in English is required, with previous international experience and front-of-house skills preferred. Full hours totaling 112.5 hours per three-week period are provided. Located in Saariselkä, Lapland, the resort offers staff access to nature, a gym, and cross-country skiing opportunities, with shared apartments available for applicants.
