Activity Coordinator to create a varied calendar of resident activities (arts and crafts, quizzes, gardening, music, gentle exercise, special events) and support minibus trips and one-to-one and group participation. Role involves building relationships with residents and families, bringing community visitors into the home, collaborating with the care team, and completing administration to keep records up to date. You’ll also help generate visuals for the marketing team. Ideal candidate is friendly, patient, a good listener, creative, organized, and capable of encouraging involvement. Strong IT skills and a passion for making daily life engaging for residents are essential; bonus points for musical or theatrical talents.
