Job Summary
Schedule Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness spaces for pre-programmed classes, activities, and events. Plan, promote, and coordinate programs to provide members with a variety of fitness activities. Greet patients, verify insurance coverage and eligibility, review new patient registrations, and enter new patient information into the computer system. Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, and customer support tasks while working under close supervision within established policies. This patient-facing role supports Humana's Tuberculosis screening program and is part of Conviva's proactive, preventive care model for seniors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in an administrative setting
- MUST be bilingual in English and Creole
- Experience in patient-facing roles, especially those involving structured or planned activities (such as event planning)
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to follow general direction
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Shows a strong commitment to enhancing the consumer experience and supporting organizational goals
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Population Health Strategy
- Familiarity with Medicare
- Experience managing a budget of $500,000 or more
