Activity Assistant (Trio Sun-Thu)

Plan, develop, and direct activity programs for residents while visiting them to determine preferences and encourage participation. Organize, schedule, and supervise events tailored to resident interests, selecting and managing volunteers and community agencies to maximize the activity program. Prepare the community newsletter, manage administrative tasks including forms, charge slips, and material orders, and assist with transportation to outside appointments. Perform emergency procedures such as CPR and participate in care plan meetings and government agency surveys. Establish a homelike atmosphere and collaborate effectively with department members to maintain quality care.
