Job Summary
Activity Assistant to lead and coordinate daily activities for a senior living community. Responsibilities include brainstorming and scheduling activities, advertising open events, leading activities to ensure smooth execution, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors for food, music, and supplies, gathering participant feedback, and maintaining detailed participation and cost records. Requires creative planning, budgeting, organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with computers (email, word processing, records/spreadsheets), problem-solving during events, and written communication for surveys and activity reports; CPR and basic first aid knowledge is needed.
