Job Summary
Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents while using the community vehicle to transport them as needed. Educate and train team members on personalized activity opportunities, and meet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding. Decorate common areas for special events and holidays, then take attendance and photographs to document daily activities. Ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents' rights, and attend training sessions for continuous learning. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record, one year of similar experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Must have the ability to connect and engage
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in
- Completion of a screening process as required by state regulations
