Job Summary
Aide the Activity Director in carrying out a planned activity program for residents by assisting the recreational leader with equipment use and safety during arts, crafts, sports, and music sessions. Lead participants in group activities such as exercise classes and art projects while maintaining proper records of equipment and program planning. Prepare equipment and ensure participant safety throughout varied activities. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be energetic and personable to motivate residents.
