Job Summary
Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for residents in both assisted living and memory care settings; build genuine relationships by learning residents’ interests and histories; adapt activities for varying cognitive and physical needs; transport residents on community outings using the community bus; create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents feel seen and celebrated; document participation and communicate with the Life Enrichment Director to continually improve programming.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (current/active)
- TB Clearance (current or able to obtain prior to start)
- Food Handler Permit (current or able to obtain prior to start)
- Successful employment verification with positive references from at least two previous employers
