Senior Living Activity Assistant who hosts daily activities and interactive sessions for residents, utilizes the community vehicle for transportation, trains and encourages team members, greets residents on move-in to foster community, plans events and decor for holidays, documents attendance and photographs, and ensures compliance with residents’ rights while pursuing ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- strong communication skills
- tech-savvy with basic computer programs
