Job Summary
Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents; transport residents using the community vehicle; educate, train, and encourage team members on personalized activity opportunities; greet residents on move-in to foster community; plan events and decorate common areas for holidays; document attendance and photographs of activities; ensure understanding and adherence to regulations regarding residents’ rights; attend training and engage in continuous learning; compassionate care with strong communication; valid driver’s license and basic tech skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- strong communication skills
- tech-savvy and basic computer skills
- residency within the State where the community operates
- ability to host daily activities and interactive sessions
- ability to transport residents using the community vehicle
- ability to attend trainings and pursue continuous learning
