Job Summary
Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement activities for patients and residents to enhance cognitive, social, and physical needs. Transport, communicate, and set up activities in and out of the facility, while ordering and picking up necessary materials. Conduct one-on-one activity therapy to offer sensory stimulation and group activities, ensuring residents make personal progress. This role involves working side by side with the Activity Director in a vibrant senior environment focused on bringing joy and fulfillment through creativity and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
