Activity Assistant

Conduct and assist with assigned activity groups, including one-to-one activities tailored to resident needs. Provide input and assistance with activity planning while escorting residents to and from sessions. Project a positive image of the organization by engaging residents, co-workers, and the public with enthusiasm. Experience working with individuals with dementia is preferred, along with a compassionate and creative approach to developing activities. Join the Phoenix Center for Rehab & Nursing team in a full-time role requiring a high school diploma or GED.
